Dr. Bernhard Hüttler

Bernhard Hüttler was born in Linz in 1966.
He studied law in Linz and Salzburg and completed the court internship in Vienna.
From 1990-1992 he worked as an assistant at the Institute for Civil Law and Private Insurance Law at the University of Salzburg and as an university lecturer for civil law and environmental law at the University of Salzburg as well as from 1991-2002.
He has been an attorney-at-law since 1996, focused on real estate law (with specialisation in the acquisition of rights to real estate for infrastructure projects), construcion contract law, contaminated sites, tenancy law, commercial law (commercial and corporate law, competition and antitrust legislation, labour law) and Waste Management Law/packaging ordinance.
