Mag. Herwig Kraemmer

Herwig Kraemmer, born in Vienna in 1967, studied law in Vienna.
After completing his studies and the court internship, he began his professional career in 1993 as a department head at the district administration of Neunkirchen, where he gained practical insights into the work of an authority that would prove very valuable in his further professional life.
In 1995 he joined the legal profession as an associate of Dr. Christian Onz, attorney-at-law.
From 1993 to 1997 he worked part-time as a consultant for the Association for Consumer Information.
He has been a registered attorney-at-law since 1998. He founded our law firm together with Dr. Christian Onz, Dr. K. Rainer Onz and RA Dr. Bernhard Hüttler in 2002.
Herwig Kraemmer primarily advises companies from the infrastructure, mining and mineral resources, energy and waste sectors in the development, approval and implementation phases of specific projects. Herwig Kraemmer's main focus is on the representation in the approval procedures under plant law.
