Martin Nigischer was born in 1989 in Waidhofen an der Thaya.
After his school-leaving examination at the Bundesgymnasium Waidhofen an der Thaya in 2008 he completed military service as one-year volunteer.
He then studied law at the University of Vienna, where he received his master‘s degree in 2014. The clerkship at court followed, which he spent
at the District Court Hernals and the Criminal Court Vienna.
In 2015 he became associate lawyer with our law firm. He passed the bar exam with honours in 2018, joined us as attorney-at-law in 2019 and became a partner in 2022.
Martin Nigischer‘s practice focuses on environmental law and plant law, public commercial law and administrative procedural and criminal law.
Furthermore, he acts as a criminal defence lawyer.
He also advises and represents in matters concerning military and civilian service law.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, he regularly lectures on relevant topics and is known through publications on environmental and administrative procedural law.
